As I am a multi-modality practitioner I will view you from a holistic perspective and use my intuition to best serve your health, movement, and wellbeing goals. Each session I will meet you where you are and partner with you in prioritizing what is important today, visualizing the big picture, and collaborating to successfully meet your physical and wellbeing goals one step at a time. I will assist you by highlighting your strengths and honing your intuition for better body-mind connection while exercising. I will help you in recognizing your social support structures and finding health resources that can enhance your physical and wellbeing needs.
