Join me for Breathwork. Each month I will guide you through different types of breathwork, so you can find one that “fits” your health and wellbeing needs. Many can be found on-line, but as I know from experience sometimes a scheduled session helps us to “show-up” and do the work. Thursdays at 8am via Zoom. 25min ~ $10.

The format of these virtual sessions will be different from my other class offerings. In order to create a welcoming and calm space, everyone will be muted, you can choose to have your video on or off, and we will utilize the chat function for questions and comments as needed.

First Session is Free to new clients to Breathwork.


Welcome to your free grounding!

Grounding meditations can help you to decrease stress and connect back to being present in your daily life. They can also help improve your circulation, decrease your muscle tension and heart rate, improve digestion, and just make you feel better. You can practice at your desk, in transition after work before heading home, in the morning, or as a part of your bedtime routine.
